    Description

    You are bidding on a 8 x 10 black and white photograph of HMCS Chilliwack K 131 , a Flower Class (39-40 program) Corvette which served in the Royal Canadian Navy from 1941 to 1945.
    Chiiliwack was laid down on 3 July 1940 at the venerable Burrard Dry Dock. She was launched on 14 September 1940 and commissioned into the Royal Canadian Navy on 8 April 1941.
    She was paid off on 14 July 1945 and broken up at Hamilton, Ontario in 1946.
    Photograph one is undated and shows an overall waterline port quarter view.
    Item two is a photo quality  8 x 10 colour statistics sheet showing the ships badge, general characteristics, callsign, trivia and the ensigns she proudly flew.
    Item three is a photo quality  8 x 10 colour with a short history of the Chilliwack , complete with a list of her Commanding Officers, and a crew photo.
