This is Not a repro and comes from an Estate Sale. This was issued in DeKalb, Mississippi in 1946. It is Embossed or Stamped and is Heavy Metal and reads: KEMPER MISS EX. 10-31-47 608 951. This plate is Very Solid with No pitting. It was a Long-Ago repaint---over 25 years ago. It was done well and looks Good. No holes and No repairs.
