CONTINENTAL US BUYERS:
All orders placed before 3pm on a business day (Monday - Thursday excluding Holidays) will ship same or next day. Any order placed Friday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
We promise a maximum handling time of 2 days for any order.

RETURNS
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with item(s) purchased from us, you may return your item(s) in original condition for a refund within 14 days of
receipt
after contacting us. No returns will be accepted for any reason after the 14-day period.
Items returned in unused, original condition, you will receive a 100% refund. Returned merchandise must include all packaging, along with included contents and accessories,

, documents or paperwork, and Proof of Purchase in order for the full refund to be honored. Please read the entire product description. Items that do not fall within the manufacturer's return or exchange policies cannot be accepted for returns or refunds.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs on any returned merchandise.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
