Foldable, hands free magnifier for crafts and sewing. Black plastic frame unfolds to approx. 6 1/4" high. The bottom frame has inches and centimeters marked. L.H. Selman Ltd....International Paperweight Society with address is printed at the top. I don't know if they are the maker or if this is an advertising piece. The plastic frame shows a little surface wear, but has no cracks or chips. There's no marking I can find that gives the magnification of the glass. Folds down to a 6 1/2" x 5 1/4" x 1 3/4" rectangle.
