HISTORY
This C230 was delivered in January 2007 as a personal lease in Washington state. The first owner kept it for 2.5 years and just 7.5K miles, with regular servicing at their dealership. It was sold as a Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned vehicle to the second owner in August 2009. They kept it for just over a year and 7K miles while continuing the regular dealer service. A new owner was reported in January 2011 in Nevada. This owner kept it for 10 years, driving just 55K miles and continuing regular service.
CONDITION
This C230 Sport is in excellent condition. Rust-free body and chassis straight from Nevada. The interior is in fantastic condition, with no rips, tears, or stains on the seating surfaces, carpets, or door trim. Leather seating surfaces are in superior condition, with only minor signs of wear on the driver's seat. All electronics work as designed. None of the switches or buttons have delaminated. MODEL SPOTLIGHT
The W203 chassis C230 brought the smallest platform in Mercedes-Benz's line up into the modern era. Styling, safety, and performance were upgraded without sacrificing the traditional Mercedes-Benz refinement, firmly rooting the C-Class in the 21st century. The Sport trim was more than just a marketing exercise. Meaningful improvements, including a lower ride height, thicker stabilizer bars, sport-tuned shocks, larger 6-spoke alloy wheels, and a quicker-ratio steering rack gave the Sport noticeably better performance handling.
